Brownhill, Manning at the 9:30 high mass, Hope at 3:00 p.m. Only ten weeks later, on Trinity Sunday, Cardinal Wiseman ordained Manning a Roman Catholic priest. Charlotte Scott-Hope within weeks accepted her husband's religion. |
